June 21 to 25, 2026, the Lymphocyte Antigen Receptor Signaling Workshop (LARSW; https://www.ndorms.ox.ac.uk/events/lymphocyte-antigen-receptor-signaling-workshop) was held at the historical Certosa di Pontignano in Siena. The meeting’s organizing team was led by main organizer Mike Dustin, a Principal Investigator (PI) within the ATTACK consortium. Bringing together researchers, PhD students, and postdoctoral fellows to discuss the latest breakthroughs in immune cell signaling, adaptive immunity, and cancer immunotherapy, the event was proudly supported by the ATTACK ERC Synergy Grant consortium as an essential sponsor.
The consortium’s scientific engagement was spotlighted on Monday, June 22, during the ATTACK/Granza Bio-sponsored Mechanoimmunology session. There, ATTACK members and invited guest speakers presented their recent research, focusing closely on the framework and core aims of the ATTACK consortium, with a particular spotlight on killer T cells and their arsenal of supramolecular attack particles. To ensure full network alignment, the session was organized as a hybrid event, allowing all ATTACK members to participate online.
