Within the framework of this ERC Synergy Grant, a team of about 40 scientists from Germany, Italy, UK and France will research the latest approaches in the fight against cancer cells. The goal of the project is the development of a new biotechnology around supramolecular attack particles (SMAPs) engineered to kill cancer cells. For this, the international team of collaborators have been awarded a €10M grant from the European Research Council (ERC) for a period of six years (2021-2027).
