In her ATTACK-related project, our team member Chiara Cassioli (postdoctoral researcher in the lab of Cosima Baldari at the University of Siena) is trying to figure out what trafficking pathways are responsible for the biogenesis and the release of SupraMolecular Attack Particles (SMAPs). In this context, she visted the Advanced Light Microscopy Facility at EMBL where she carried out a high-throughput, imaging-based RNAi screen project.
